PAA Education Real Estate Program - Q4 2025

PAA now offers a full continuum of real estate courses in conjunction with our third party and strategic partner-The CE Shop.  From pre-licensure classes to continuing education, PAA supports those who are increasing their professional scope and working to obtain the Pennsylvania Salesperson Real Estate License.   In Pennsylvania, you are required to take one 75-hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course in order to get your real estate license.  All of our course content is offered both live online (synchronous) and self-paced online (asynchronous), meaning you can easily complete the course however it best suits your busy schedule. Both versions of the course are totally parallel to one another, and they’re split into sections, so that you can even choose to take some sections of the course synchronously and other parts asynchronously without missing a beat.  Either of these allows you flexible options to complete and receive your Pennsylvania Salesperson Real Estate License

Registration and to begin your real estate program, the 75-hour course is available 4 times per year starting by registering via the PAA website and participating in the initial real estate introduction webinar to be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 11:00 am.  It is possible to complete this 75 hour course within a few weeks!

PROGRAM PRE-REQUISITE

To obtain 75-hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course, candidates must complete the following:

• Register for PAA Real Estate class for specific quarter start
• Participate in the mandatory quarter #1 real estate webinar
• Successful completion of the 75 hour real estate course with The CE Shop
• Pass the real estate exam within six (6) months of declaring candidacy

REGISTRATION POLICY:

Only PAA members in good standing will receive the published PAA member rate.  The non-member rates will be applied to all registrations that do not include a PAA membership.  All membership status questions should be directed to membership@paahq.com.

Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com  or request an invoice to be emailed for payment.  All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
