AMAZING RACE FOR CHARITY

What is the Amazing Race? 

The Amazing Race for Charity in Pittsburgh is a thrilling, team-based competition that combines adventure, strategy, and philanthropy.  4-person teams embark on a challenging journey, racing against the clock to compete a series of fun and often quirky games at Blueberry Hill Park.  Each challenge during the Amazing Race tests the teams abilities and problem solving skills but also emphasizes community involvement, as the event is designed to raise funds for PAA charities.  As teams navigate through the race, participants not only strive for victory but also contribute to making a positive impact, making the PAA Amazing Race for Charity an exhilarating blend of competition and compassion.  THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE.

Team Registration (Must be a team of 4 people)-RACE ONLY-$100 ($25 per racer)

Team Registration (Must be a team of 4 people)-RACE/LUNCH/HAPPY HOUR-$200 ($50 per racer)

SPONSORS:

Racebag Sponsor: $500

As a race bag sponsor, your company logo will be on all racer bags of the Amazing Race with your provided piece of company swag. There are 6 sponsorships available.  Includes 1 ticket to the event.

Wristband Sponsor: $500

As a wristband sponsor, your company logo will be on the happy hour wristband provided to all attendees of the Amazing Race. Includes one ticket to the event.

Rain Poncho Sponsor: $450

As the rain poncho sponsor your logo will be displayed on the poncho that is added to the racer bags.  Your name will be added to all signage and the online registration page. THIS IS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! Includes one ticket to the event.

Bar Sponsor: $400

As the bar sponsor a sign at the event displaying logo will be present.  Your logo will also be present on the online registration page. Please provide company swag at the bar for attendees. There are 2 sponsorships available. Includes 1 ticket to the event.

Challenge Stops: $350

The challenge stop at the PAA Helping Hands Amazing Race is a table with an assigned game and is a designated stop for all racers. The sponsor provides any swag/corporate logo gear for the event.  Please bring a folding table, tent, and two chairs. The challenge sponsor is also responsible for the game suppliers to not exceed $100. PAA will provide a packet of information the day of the race. Includes one ticket to the event.

Registration Sponsor: $350

As a tent sponsor you will provide your company LOGO tent at the registration area.  The registration for racers opens at 10:00am.  Please provide the tent by 9:00AM to allow for set-up time. Includes 1 ticket to the event.

Lunch Sponsor: $300

There are 6 lunch sponsors available. Your name will be added to all signage at the lunch including the banner and the online registration page. Includes 1 ticket to the event.

Water Bottle Sponsor: $300

The water bottle sponsor will have their Company LOGO displayed on all water bottles that are handed out to all racers in the race bag. Includes 1 ticket to happy hour.

Awards Sponsor: $250

As an awards and supplier sponsor your company logo will be displayed at the award ceremony and throughout the event. 4 sponsorships available and this includes one ticket to the happy hour.

Entertainment Sponsor: $200

As an entertainment sponsor your company logo will be displayed at registration.  2 sponsorships available.  There are no tickets to the event included with this sponsorship.

Scorecard Sponsor: $100

As a scorecard sponsor your company logo will be displayed on each scorecard.  4 sponsorships available.  There are no tickets to the event included with this sponsorship.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Sponsor Challenge Game Table Set-up All sponsor of the game stops will have 1 hour to set up the games and test.  Please bring a table, tent, chairs and the game supplies.
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Light Lunch and Boxed Option A light lunch will be available before the Amazing Race starts.  A boxed option will be available for late arrivals.
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Amazing Race Challenge All teams will start at an assigned table.  All teams must compete all challenges to be eligible to win.
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Happy Hour All teams can celebrate their accomplishments at the Amazing Race Happy Hour.
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Winner/Prizes Announced There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner announced with prize give-a-way.  Please note there will be a prize for best team name and best dressed themed team.
