2025 Keystone Awards - Call to Entry

he PAA Keystone Awards Call to Entry opens on March 10th. A new process is available and database for registration purposes. More information will be released soon. Check her often for the most recent news about the PAA Keystone Awards.

You will then be redirected to the registration page for the 2025 Keystone Awards. You must login to complete an application using your PAAHQ login. Once you are logged in you can navigate to complete the application by clicking on the yellow buttons from the home page or using the navigation bar across the top of the page to where you see the Enter Now tab.
Once you have logged in, they system will automatically record any entries you have started. When you get to the end of the entry form, you have three choices to Checkout, Make Another Submission, or Print the Application. You can add multiple submission at one time.
Your entry to the Keystone Awards is not finalized until a payment is made with a credit card or you select the invoice me now option.
To review your applications and their status, please use the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page, clicking My Application.
You will get a confirmation e-mail confirming your submission.
The PAA is happy to announce that for the 2025 Keystone Awards Season, you can now review what your property will be shopped for. Please click on the buttons provided below for each property award to review the example shopping reports.

Updates to the program for 2025:
- For the Leasing Excellence Award, you will choose either a phone shop plus property shop or a web inquiry plus property shop.
- The Overall Excellence award has been updated to reflect an exterior shop and renamed Exterior Excellence.
- Management Company of the Year criteria has changed to include a series of questions regarding company Involvement with the PAA and a minimum unit count for management company properties.
- A new shopping company has been contracted to complete the statewide mystery and scheduled shops.
- A new company has been contracted to assist with online registrations for the call to entry and the database for all scores.
- Property Awards criteria change to the number of units with three classifications instead of five.
- Property Awards criteria change to the rental rates classification, going from seven categories to three.
- Property Awards criteria change in type of property, removing the new construction building class.
- For Individual Award there will be no video submissions in 2025. PAA will conduct a scheduled interview with each candidate.
