Tammy Longo is a Regional Sales Executive with ALN Apartment Data in the Northeast region. In 2003 she was first introduced to multifamily when she moved from New York to Virginia and accepted a position as a leasing agent. Over her exciting 20-year career, she has enjoyed life in operations, marketing, and as a supplier. She loves to connect with and advocate for our industry and is actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association and The National Apartment Association by participating on boards, teaching credential classes, and speaking at conferences including the N.A.A. Educational Conference. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Morrisville and holds a degree in Journalism. In her “spare” time she can likely be found watching her kids in sports, cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Syracuse Orange, or traveling to NY to see family and friends.
With over 25 years of experience in the apartment industry, Donje Putnam, ARM, RAM is a self-described multifamily fanatic, passionate about digital marketing, efficient operations, happy residents, and, most of all, the wonderful people in property management. She has spoken for the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), been a guest on multiple industry and marketing podcasts, and written articles for VAMA’s newsletter and annual magazine, “Virginia Communities." Before joining Kotarides Property Management as Operations Coordinator, she held multiple roles on the operations side, serving as Director of Marketing and Training, Compliance Manager, and Regional Property Manager at both owner and third-party management companies.
A self-described tree hugger, Donje enjoys reading, gardening, knitting, and spending time with her husband Del, world-famous snaggle-toothed cat, Squeak, and out-of-control dog, Piper. She has two grown children and a grandson but clearly doesn’t look like it.

REGISTRATION POLICY:
Only PAA members in good standing will receive the published PAA member rate. The non-member rates will be applied to all registrations that do not include a PAA membership. All membership status questions should be directed to membership@paahq.com.
Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com or request an invoice to be emailed for payment. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
