Event Details
It’s no secret that multifamily is struggling with employee retention. Employee turnover results in lower morale, decreased productivity, and huge financial costs. In fact, some estimates show this financial burden to be “up to 50% of the lost employee's salary”. Still, our onsite teams are fighting to keep their positions filled while employee burnout is at a high.
But when job seekers have their pick of the market, how can you ensure your company stands out? And how can you keep your team members from looking elsewhere?
Ishea and Faith will teach you best practices for building systems that allow for authentic leadership and more motivated team members. They will share how to position your company as a fun, successful workplace that prospective employees can’t wait to say “yes” to!
