This webinar dives deep into how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts impact organizations beyond the executive level. Attendees will explore actionable ways that employees, regardless of their position, can champion DEI, how managers can respond to and support employees facing DEI challenges, and the importance of reflection as a tool for organizational growth. We also examine the concept of diversity fatigue and how companies can overcome stagnation and maintain momentum in their DEI journey.
