Priyanka has guided multifamily clients through various online reputation crises and is skilled at analyzing "resident stories," aka reviews, to understand the residents' voices. She has coined the 4P Rule of Communication and developed the concept of Reputation Currency for the multifamily industry. Priyanka passionately encourages multifamily companies to understand the sentiments expressed by residents in reviews to cultivate authentic, loyal, and profitable connections.

Previously, Priyanka consulted Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard and was the director of communications and alums relations at a preeminent private school in Houston.

She is a prolific public speaker, blogger, podcaster, and contributing writer for the National Apartment Association's Units Magazine, Multifamily Executive, and Multifamily Insiders. Priyanka pens The Extra Mile Blog, which features tips to create sincere and elevated resident experiences. She has spoken at PR/Communications events, universities, and multiple multifamily industry conferences, including the Multifamily Social Media Summit, NMHC Optech, and the Student Housing Business Conference. She has also presented at several client leadership conferences.

Priyanka is actively involved with Wild Tunes, a non-profit started by her 11-year-old son to soothe shelter animals through live music. She received her master's in public relations from the University of Houston.

REGISTRATION POLICY:

Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com  or request an invoice to be emailed for payment.  All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
