There is ample free parking on-site at the Valley Forge Casino Resort.
Reservations can be made through Valley Forge Casino Resort.

Registration is located on the EXPO floor.
Please enter the lobby of the Valley Forge Casino Resort and then take stairs or elevator down one floor. Please look for signage. 
Please go to Registration upon arrival to have your badge printed. Entry to sessions will not be permitted without a badge. 
Last-minute attendees may register and have a badge printed the day of the EXPO.

Attendees will receive a badge upon arrival. Please wear badge to sessions and ensure your badge is scanned by a volunteer prior to leaving the session.

Credit will only be given to those attending each session in full.

Approximately 2 weeks after the Expo, certificates will be emailed to all attendees who attended one of the education pre-conferences on Wednesday and/or educational sessions on Thursday.

We recommend bringing business cards to allow for networking with other attendees. 
For education sessions, we recommend bringing a notepad and pen. Instructor presentations are built for in-person participation. Laptops are not expected.
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided buffet-style.

Pre-conference opportunities exist for individuals to begin the PA Real Estate program, focus on leadership development and learn ways to advance their skills as a Supplier Partner.

2025 trending rental housing topics will be presented by leading association members on topics which focus on one of three tracks: Leasing, Operations, or Maintenance, You are not required to stick to the same track throughout the entire expo.

Due to the popularity of our selections, we anticipate large numbers in our pre-conference workshop for focus on leadership development. A more intimate setting is anticipated with both the Real Estate and Supplier Partner sessions. Sessions presented on Thursday will average around 125 participants-so you are encouraged to arrive early to claim your seat.
