Day 1- Session Description
Preregistration is required for the real estate licensure classes on Day 1 at APARTogether Expo. This includes purchasing the PAA Real Estate program through the PAA website prior to APARTogether EXPO Day 1. Launch your real estate career with industry professionals and get hours completed toward your real estate license. Classes will be held via a TEAMS call, with a link sent out prior to the event via email will be sent to each student with additional information. Provided by PAA and in collaboration with our third-party partner, The CE Shop. PAA now offers a full continuum of the most sophisticated on-the-go tools that make obtaining and maintaining your Pennsylvania Real Estate license as convenient and straightforward as possible. From pre-licensing classes, comprehensive exam prep, post-licensing for renewal opportunities and a variety of options for continuing education to assist in retaining your license while strengthening your education. The PAA Education team is focused on your goal to personalize professional development and growth, and our partnership with The CE Shop will ensure this process is convenient, reliable, and professional.

After successfully running two multi-family organizations, Bill launched his career as a speaker, trainer and author. He hosts a podcast that can be found on I-Tunes, Spotify and YouTube called “Leading your Culture with Bill Nye." He is also a frequent guest on numerous podcasts and radio broadcasts where he talks about leadership, team building and company culture. As a speaker, he has appeared at events in 48 states and has inspired and entertained thousands of people.

Over her exciting 20-year career, she has enjoyed life in operations, marketing, and as a supplier. She loves to connect with and advocate for our industry and is actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association and The National Apartment Association by participating on boards, teaching credential classes, and speaking at conferences including the N.A.A. Educational Conference. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Morrisville and holds a degree in Journalism. Starting her real estate career in 1991 in the Harrisburg/Hershey area, Tina has held various roles from rental consultant to marketing manager. She joined High Associates in 2001, was promoted to Regional Residential Manager in 2007, and became Vice President of Residential Property Management in 2024.
Tina holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the National Apartment Association.
Active in both business and community activities, Tina has served in various leadership roles, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Chair of the Education Committee for the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania. She served on the board for 10 years and is currently a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Chris is the founder and Managing Principal of the eviction-services law firm, Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC. He lives in Charlotte, NC and his Firm provides services throughout both Carolina's, Georgia and now Virginia. Chris’ legal practice focuses primarily on representing national Multifamily, Single-Family and BTR property management firms, but he is also a Certified Mediator. Chris has been named to the North Carolina SuperLawyers list each year from 2016 to present.
