Exhibit Setup Schedule
Suppliers participating in PSC events, Panel Discussion and Business Exchange have several options for trade show booth setup:
Tuesday, March 18
Noon - 6:00pm - Exhibit Setup - Event Center
Wednesday, March 19
8:00am - 4:00pm - Exhibit Setup/Badge Pickup* - Event Center
Thursday, March 20
7:30-9:30am - Exhibit Setup/Badge Pickup* - Event Center
10:00am - 3:00pm - Trade Show Floor Open
3:00-6:00pm - Exhibit Breakdown
*ALL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES MUST PRE-REGISTER and ACQUIRE A BADGE FOR SHOW ENTRY.
*WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ADVANCE BOOTH REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION TO EXPEDITE SHOW ENTRY, HOWEVER ONSITE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE.
Booth Information
Following booth purchase, the booth administrator will receive an email invitation from 'Map Dynamics'. The invitation will have a link to access your specific booth. Remember to check spam/junk folders - if the administrator has not received the invite, contact bweachter@paahq.com
Administrators: use your map dynamics link to add representative names, edit company details, upload links and logos, etc.,
- Each company receives complimentary registration for four (4) representatives with lunch included. Additional attendees will be charged $25 each.
- Table top exhibit space includes: one 6' table, two chairs, and wastebasket
- 10'x10' exhibit space includes: one 6' table, two chairs, and wastebasket
- The trade show floor is carpeted, however you are able to purchase additional carpet and other booth items through GES (see show services below)

Lead Capture
Capture leads by scanning the QR code on attendee badges. Qualify leads with a survey; edit lead contact information, take notes; and more.

Shipping and Receiving (during setup times)
Items being delivered during setup time must use the 'tunnel' entrance located in the rear of the VFC convention building. There is only one way in and out for deliveries. Please make sure drivers understand logistics.
