There is a new line item on your invoice in 2025 for the Advocacy Fund Donation. This is completely voluntary and can be removed from your invoice by clicking the trash can for the line item. Please DO consider donating $100 to the Advocacy Fund in 2025!

The PAA Advocacy Fund is a separate fund that has been created to support advocacy efforts throughout Pennsylvania. The expenditures are dedicated to educating voters, and engaging elected officials on PAA policy positions.

Advocacy fund can accept both personal and corporate checks and there are no limits to the amount you are able to contribute.

Examples of Advocacy fund expenses include filing an Amicus Brief to support property management owners fighting to end spot zoning assessments in PA.

Effective November 12th, 2024, PAA now charges a 4% credit card administrative fee for all transactions including membership dues.
