She also received the international Video in Business Award from Vidyard in 2021, the AZ RED Award in 2022, and was a 2023 Top 18 ULI nominee for Kenect Nashville. Carroll’s expertise, leadership, and dedication continue to elevate the property management industry.

In 2023, Kenect generated $4 million in revenue within just four months of launching a new corporate housing division procured by Carroll, showcasing its rapid growth and success. She also established Akara’s internship program, aimed at mentoring and attracting young adults to the property management industry. Beyond her work at Kenect, she is highly engaged with local councils, economic groups, chambers of commerce, and regularly contributes to industry organizations like Multi-Family Insiders, AIM, TecHome Builder Summit, and Apartment Innovators through speaking engagements and blog posts.

Kristi Fickert is the Vice President of Enterprise Growth at Realync. She has 25 years of multifamily experience and spent 15 years in a senior-level marketing role for one of Nation's Top 50 management companies before working in the digital agency and technology sectors of the industry. She is an instructor for apartment associations around the country and has presented for a variety of industry events, including AIM, IREM, NAA and Multifamily Insiders. In addition, she has been a featured speaker for the Cincinnati Reds, Urban Land Institute, and Commercial Real Estate Women. Kristi has also been featured on six different podcasts, has been published in UNITS magazine and spent four years in public office as a City Councilwoman.

REGISTRATION POLICY:

Only PAA members in good standing will receive the published PAA member rate.  The non-member rates will be applied to all registrations that do not include a PAA membership.  All membership status questions should be directed to membership@paahq.com.

Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com  or request an invoice to be emailed for payment.  All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
