Event Details
In today’s workforce, understanding generational diversity is key to creating a harmonious and productive team. With employees spanning multiple generations—from Baby Boomers to Gen Z—each group brings unique values, perspectives, and work habits to the table. To build a harmonious and high-performing team, managers need to decode these differences and leverage them as strengths. This session will dive into the core values that define each generation and explore how these values shape their expectations and work habits.
In this webinar, you will learn practical strategies to effectively manage, motivate, and communicate across generations based on the core core generational strengths (per CliftonStrengths). Leave with actionable insights to build a culture that resonates with every age group in your organization and create an environment where every generation feels heard, valued, and empowered to contribute.
