Why does it seem so daunting?
- Let's have an engaging discussion on why coaching feels so overwhelming.
- Learn simple tips that can be applied IMMEDIATELY to make coaching much more comfortable and organic.
- Find out what tools need to be in place to ensure that team members know exactly what they've been hired to accomplish.
