Jason Kae has spent his entire twenty-five-year-plus career on the front lines of businesses building team cultures with the goal of helping employees, the companies they work for, and the clients they serve to increase their potential for mutual success. Since 2006, he has worked exclusively within the multifamily industry, where he has held every role within an on-property office team. He is currently the Director of Onboarding & Enablement at RealPage where he leads a global team of over 30 training facilitators who onboard and enable Product Support and Implementations agents. He is also the author of Journey to a Rainforest Team Culture, a fable based in the multifamily industry that teaches leaders the framework needed to build and sustain high performing team cultures!

REGISTRATION POLICY:
Only PAA members in good standing will receive the published PAA member rate. The non-member rates will be applied to all registrations that do not include a PAA membership. All membership status questions should be directed to membership@paahq.com.
Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com or request an invoice to be emailed for payment. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
