Conflict is nothing more than a difference of opinion. It doesn’t need to be escalated to the point of yelling, cursing or threatening. This session will teach that all conflict comes from four different places and once we understand that we can identify which of the four and quickly work to resolve the issue. The audience will leave this session better equipped to resolve conflict with anyone in both their personal and professional life, fostering a positive and harmonious living environment for residents and a decrease in stress and frustration for your team.

Bill's career in multifamily started as a maintenance supervisor in 1994. He very quickly moved up the corporate ladder and ultimately became a COO, President and CEO. In addition to being a corporate executive, Bill has served our industry as a national speaker and trainer since 2000. Prior to entering the multifamily industry, Bill served in the United States Air Force for 9 years and is very involved in multiple veteran charities and causes.
