This program is designed to help you enhance your personal leadership skills and develop the organizational expertise necessary for success in the industry. You’ll gain valuable insights into strategic thinking, operational excellence, and effective communication. Additionally, you will explore your unique leadership style and learn how it influences your ability to lead. Key areas of focus include cross-collaboration, managing productive conflict, team building, goal setting, running effective meetings, project management, and stress management. Charlene Delia | Owner / CEO | MEMORe
With over 16 years as a dedicated member of PAA , Charlene has spent her entire career selling to multifamily decision makers and coaching dozens of sales professionals to do the same. She worked up the ranks of a Fortune 500 company for over 14 years, and now owns a marketing and professional development firm: MEMORe. Charlene currently chairs the PAA Pennsylvania Supplier Committee and is passionate about making suppliers feel heard, valued, and prepared to do business in our industry.
