Additionally, you will explore your unique leadership style and learn how it influences your ability to lead. With over 16 years as a dedicated member of PAA , Charlene has spent her entire career selling to multifamily decision makers and coaching dozens of sales professionals to do the same. She worked up the ranks of a Fortune 500 company for over 14 years, and now owns a marketing and professional development firm: MEMORe. Charlene currently chairs the PAA Pennsylvania Supplier Committee and is passionate about making suppliers feel heard, valued, and prepared to do business in our industry.
