Amy Pontius

Amy began her career working in the multi-family industry with Lincoln Property Company in 1998. Amy has a love of new construction and opened over 6 new properties in the Pittsburgh market as a property manager. She held an executive board seat as treasurer for PAA West for two years. Amy retired from the property management side of the business as a Regional Property Manager with Morgan Communities in 2015. She started working with PAA West as the Association Executive in 2015 and worked to merge the three PA associations in 2019. Amy is now the Executive Vice President of the PAA and works with the Member Engagement, Events, and Marketing teams. Amy enjoys fitness, hiking, kayaking, boating, and spending time at her cabin in McConnell's Mill, PA. Amy is an advocate for Autism Awareness and has a daughter on the Autism Spectrum. Amy is also a mom to her teenage son, Carter, and wife to her husband, Heath.
