Exhibit Setup Schedule

Suppliers participating in PSC events, Panel Discussion, Business Exchange, and Happy Hour have several options for trade show booth setup:

Wednesday, March 5 
3:00pm - 6:00pm - Exhibitor Setup - Grand Ballroom - 2nd Floor

Thursday, March 6
7:00am - 11:00am | Exhibitor/Supplier Registration Open and Exhibit Set-up - Grand Ballrooom - 2nd Floor
11:00am - 1:00pm | Tradeshow Floor Open
1:00pm - 3:00pm | Exhibit Breakdown

*ALL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES MUST PRE-REGISTER and ACQUIRE A BADGE FOR SHOW ENTRY.
*WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ADVANCE BOOTH REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION TO EXPEDITE SHOW ENTRY, HOWEVER ONSITE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE.

Booth Information

• Each company receives complimentary registration for two (2) representatives with lunch included. Additional attendees will be charged $25 each.
• Table top exhibit space includes: one 6' table, two chairs, and wastebasket
• Electricity can be ordered when reserving your booth. If you already have a booth reserved, please click on the 'supplier/exhibitor registration' button above to order.

Reservations can be made at the Marriott City Center Pittsburgh ... make sure you use the link provided here to receive the PAA rate.

• Event Nightly Rate: $145 / Deadline for discount rates: February 17, 2025

Parking is available on-site at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center for $30.00 per day or $40.00 per day with valet service.

If the hotel parking garage is full, we encourage guests to park at the PPG Paints Arena South Lot for $30.00 per day.
