While serving in the Air Force, Bill graduated from the Air Force Leadership Academy and that was the catalyst for his career as a successful leader in the military and private sector. After successfully running two multi-family organizations, Bill launched his career as a speaker, trainer and author. He hosts a podcast that can be found on I-Tunes, Spotify and YouTube called “Leading your Culture with Bill Nye." He is also a frequent guest on numerous podcasts and radio broadcasts where he talks about leadership, team building and company culture. As a speaker, he has appeared at events in 48 states and has inspired and entertained thousands of people.

Monica's dedication to the industry is further demonstrated through her active involvement in the National Apartment Association. Recognized as a 3 time NAA Excellence Award nominee, as well as graduate of the NAA 2023 Leadership Lyceum Class, Monica also leads the charge as a committee chair for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of her state apartment association. She loves to connect with and advocate for our industry and is actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association and The National Apartment Association by participating on boards, teaching credential classes, and speaking at conferences including the N.A.A. Educational Conference. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Morrisville and holds a degree in Journalism. Erik Frazier, HCV Program Manager at The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), has dedicated 16 years to working with the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and housing programs in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Ohio. He previously served as a team lead for seven years with the State of Colorado Division of Housing. Currently, he leads HACP’s Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program and Portability Department and is committed to working with affordable housing programs and low-income families. Erik enjoys collaborating with HUD, the Veterans Administration, landlords, and tenants to develop and maintain housing stability for voucher participants.

Tina holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the National Apartment Association.
Active in both business and community activities, Tina has served in various leadership roles, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Chair of the Education Committee for the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania. She served on the board for 10 years and is currently a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
