PRESENTERS
Brenda Nguyen | Associate Director of Market Analytics at CoStar Group
Brenda Nguyen is an Associate Director of Market Analytics at CoStar Group, the world-leading provider of commercial real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics with locations in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
Based in Philadelphia, Brenda monitors and analyzes CoStar’s extensive property, transaction, and economic data to distill emerging market trends across the multi-family, office, industrial, and retail markets for CoStar clients. Her working is disseminated through in-depth written reports, articles, and industry presentations throughout the Greater Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley, and South New Jersey regions.
Before CoStar, she served as the Economic Development Manager at Center City District, facilitating office and retail recovery efforts for Philadelphia's downtown business improvement district—the largest in the country—during the pandemic.
Brenda's CRE career started in brokerage with Mallin, Panchelli, and Nadel Realty (MPN Realty), where she represented investors, developers, and businesses in the acquisition and leasing of multi-family, industrial, and retail properties in the Philadelphia region.
She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, holding a B.A. with Distinction, where she was a teaching assistant for undergraduate- and graduate-level courses at the Wharton School.
Veronica Miniello | Senior Market Analyst at CoStar Group
Veronica Miniello joined the CoStar Group as a Senior Market Analyst in 2019. Based in Cleveland, Veronica covers markets in Ohio, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, and upstate New York. In this role, Veronica provides insights on market and property sector performance and produces analytic content for the CoStar product.
Prior to joining CoStar, Veronica was a Research Analyst for the Washington DC Economic Partnership and specialized in economic development and business attraction and retention for the District of Columbia. Veronica began her career in commercial real estate at Delta Associates, where she provided consulting services for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Veronica holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University and earned a master's degree from George Washington University. She is also a member of the Cleveland chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW).
