Cancellation and Code of Conduct Policies

PLEASE NOTE:

  • There is no dinner being served this year to allow for more celebration time with your teams after the awards are presented.  
  • Seating for the presentation of awards is on a first come first served basis and theater style.
  • All individual nominees should sit at the end of the rows
  • Only first place winners will come to the stage, and all other winners can pick up their trophies at the VIP Lounge. Sponsored by Chadwell Supply and BluSky Restoration.

EVENT LINE-UP:

  • 5:00PM-Registration opens
  • 5:00PM-6:30PM-Cocktail Welcome Reception with hors d'oeuvres
  • 6:30PM-8:30PM-Presentation of Awards
  • 8:30-10:00PM-Celebration Party with food stations, dancing, and photo booth.
  • 8:30PM-VIP Lounge opens
  • 10:00PM-Evening Concludes

Semi-formal, elevated cocktail attire (not black-tie)

*Please note that parking is limited and available on a first come first served basis 

* PAA Encourages attendees to carpool or use a ride share service 

Parking is available in two lots, as described below:

1025 N Front Street Lot

This is a gravel lot located at the corner of Front Street & Allen Street, and is available to our Keystone attendees. 

98 Richmond Street Lot

98th and Richmond is a paved lot and parking is available after 6pm on weekdays. Please be sure to never park in a spot that is marked as reserved for CCTC or the Distillery.
