Basic Plumbing Maintenance & Repair (Bala Cynwyd)

Maintenance expenses are the singular, largest, controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give them the knowledge and tools necessary to provide effective maintenance support. The Interior and Exterior Maintenance & Repair course gives learners what they need to know to keep the interior and exterior of the buildings on their property in excellent shape, both through repair and preventive maintenance. This course also teaches students how to perform "make-ready" activities and give them helpful checklists to use on the job.
