Basic Appliance Maintenance and Repair (Bala Cynwyd))

Maintenance expenses are the singular, largest, controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran emplpoyee, to give them the knowledge and tools necessary to provide effective maintenance support. The Appliance Maintenance and Repair course teaches students how to maintain and repair appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers and refrigerators.
