Erik Frazier

Erik Frazier, HCV Program Manager at The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), has dedicated 16 years to working with the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and housing programs in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Ohio. He previously served as a team lead for seven years with the State of Colorado Division of Housing. Currently, he leads HACP’s Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program and Portability Department and is committed to working with affordable housing programs and low-income families. Erik enjoys collaborating with HUD, the Veterans Administration, landlords, and tenants to develop and maintain housing stability for voucher participants.
