Dress Code: Semi-formal, elevated cocktail attire (not black tie)
SCHEDULE:
5:00PM - 6:00PM Welcome Cocktail Reception
6:00PM - 7:15PM Keystone Awards Ceremony
7:15PM - 9:00PM Celebration Party with dinner, dancing, photo opportunities, and more!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will begin the evening with our Welcome Cocktail Reception, including hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be served via food stations following the conclusion of the program.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Seating will be at round tables. Additional standing room only will be available in the loft of the ceremony space. There is limited viewing in the loft.
Three (3) drink vouchers are included with each ticket and will be distributed upon entry. Guests wishing to partake in additional alcoholic beverages may purchase drink tickets for $9 each following the conclusion of the program. Drink tickets will not be sold prior. Only credit cards will be accepted as payment.
PARKING:
Parking for this event is free and on-site.
Please look for our signage when turning onto Hollinger Ln. Additional directional signage will guide you to the parking lot once on Stone Gables Estates property.
The Star Barn is up a fairly steep paved incline. Guests wearing attire that may be a tripping hazard are encouraged to be dropped off right in front of the entrance to the venue.
