Xfinity (Comcast) and PAA Member Agreement Update
PAA is working with the Comcast and Xfinity team to revise the agreement that has benefited our members for many years. We are currently analyzing data to ensure that a mutuallly beneficial agreement can be secured. The PAA team and Executive Committee will review the agreement and then send the final product to our members

Update 3.1.2022:
We know that there are many questions regarding the FCCs ruling on exclusive revenue sharing agreements with broadband companies and multifamily housing providers and how the ruling will impact the PAA agreement with Comcast. Please know that we are currently awaiting legal review of the ruling. In the interim, the current agreement your property has in place with Comcast will not expire and will automatically renew, unless you decide to terminate the agreement. Additionally, PAA will continue to work with Comcast to offer our members individualized opportunities based on your property’s needs.
