DESCRIPTION:

The CAM Certified Apartment Manager course will help you earn your CAM credential allowing you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve the owner’s investment goals. The CAM credential positions you well for career opportunities and advancement. This program is recommended for community managers and experienced assistant managers and others in property management who are interested in advancing their career by earning a nationally recognized certificate.

PROGRAM PRE-REQUISITE:

To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:

• Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
• Successful completion of all CAM coursework
• Pass the exam within six (6) months of declaring candidacy

Your company logo will be present on the registration page, all handouts and displayed predominantly during each day of class.  You will have the opportunity to enjoy a short breakfast/lunch with group, an opportunity to pass out swag and speak with the entire class about your business.  A 60-second video may be shown at the start of each class- assistance with video production may be available via our Marketing Department if necessary.
