The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) is happy to partner with PAA to raise awareness of the Housing Choice Voucher program (HCV) and the great benefit it can provide to a real estate portfolio. This webinar is an exciting opportunity for Owners and Property Managers to learn about HCV, formerly Section 8, and how to get started. PHA is proud to present an efficient process to lease up units at competitive rates with guaranteed rental income. A state of the art Owner Portal and improvements to the inspection process help facilitate quicker unit turnover times for landlords. Steps to becoming an HCV landlord will be highlighted as well as the high demand for affordable housing and landlord monetary incentives offered by PHA. In addition to the program overview, a panel of PHA staff will be available to answer questions.
